At LEIALTA we have created a protocol for the prevention of sexual and gender-based harassment, in response to the regulatory requirements that call for preventive action by organisations in situations of sexual or gender-based harassment. This protocol has been proposed directly by the company and is intended to prevent and avoid possible situations of this nature, thus guaranteeing a healthy working environment. This is another measure to ensure decent work, equality and non-discrimination and the right to health and safety at work.
LEIALTA is committed to not allowing under any circumstance’s behaviour or situations of sexual or gender-based harassment, to not ignore complaints or reports on this matter, to receive and deal rigorously and quickly with all complaints or reports and to punish those who harass according to the circumstances and conditions of their behaviour.
