Thusday Evening, 8th
Friday, 9th
20:00h – 22:00h: Welcome dinner at restaurant La Mamona
It is a well-known restaurant located in the heart of Madrid, specifically in the charming Chamberí neighborhood.
10:00h – 13:00h: Conferences at the RIU Hotel – Callao Room
- 10: 00h – 10:30h: Welcome to attendees.
- 10:30 – 11:15h: Talk on digital marketing by Javier Martinez from LEIALTA.
- 11:15h – 12:00h: Coffee Break.
- 12:00h – 13:00h: Intervention by Phil González. Professor and writer, expert in digital communication. He will speak on a range of topical issues such as security, personal branding and AI.
13:00h – 14:30h: Cocktail Lunch at the RIU Hotel
A cocktail lunch on the hall on the third floor of the RIU Hotel.
14:30h – 16:00h: Break Time
Enjoy your time off exploring the streets of Madrid or taking advantage of your hotel accommodation to have some down time.
16:00h – 17:30h: Guided tour through the centre of Madrid
Optional guided tour of Hapsburg Madrid, passing by emblematic places such as the Royal Palace. It will start at Plaza de Oriente and end at Plaza Mayor.
Please be 15 minutes early for the organisation of the groups.
18:00h – 20:00h: Wine tasting and tasting of typical Mediterranean products at the RIU Hotel
We will enjoy an activity called ‘Roulette of the palate’ in which we will taste different gourmet products.
Saturday Morning, 10th
21:00h – 22:30h: Dinner at Mercado de la Reina
This traditional Spanish restaurant is on Madrid’s Gran Vía, close to the rest of the event’s activities.
10:30h – 12:00h: Guided tour of Madrid’s emblematic sites
Optional guided tour through the Madrid of the Bourbons, passing by emblematic places such as Cibeles, the Retiro. It will start at the Congreso de los Diputados and end at Puerta del Sol.
Please be 15 minutes early for the organisation of the groups.
12:00h – 14:00h: Tapas tour at Tapa Tapa
A tour of Madrid’s most typical tapas in a renowned tapas bar in Plaza de Santa Ana.

Transport from the Airport
Also, to make your arrival in the capital easier, we suggest the following transport options from Madrid-Barajas Adolfo Suárez airport to the city centre:
- Taxi: Approximately 20-30 minutes to the centre of Madrid.
- Uber/Cabify: Through the app, 20-30 minutes to the city centre.
- Underground: Line 8 to Nuevos Ministerios station, then connection with other lines. It is one of the most used and direct routes. It can take between 30-40 minutes depending on the terminal.
- Aerobus: Direct service to the centre of Madrid, stopping at Plaza de Cibeles.
