José María Luna is a Partner and Head of LEIALTA’s Legal and Corporate Department, part of a comprehensive business and social consulting firm that supports Spanish and foreign companies with their establishment, development and operations in Spain.
As a lawyer specialising in corporate, commercial and international law, he advises companies on defining their legal structures, complying with corporate obligations and preparing corporate transactions.
His work focuses on providing legal certainty for decisions that affect a company’s growth, organisation or future development. These include company incorporation, the entry or exit of shareholders, changes to share capital, business reorganisations and company transfers.
Since joining LEIALTA, José has participated in business establishment projects, commercial contracting, mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs and legal due diligence processes. His approach combines legal rigour with a practical understanding of business operations and close coordination with the firm’s tax, accounting and labour teams.
