At LEIALTA, we believe that businesses have an essential role to play in supporting social initiatives. Driven by our commitment to promoting the social and professional inclusion of people with disabilities or those experiencing psychosocial vulnerability, we are pleased to continue our collaboration with Fundación Prevent for another year.
This year, we have contributed €5,000 towards the Prevent Ceremony 2026, which will take place on 3 December at the Mutua Madrileña Auditorium in Madrid, Spain.
This annual event celebrates the talent and achievements of students, university graduates and entrepreneurs with disabilities through scholarships and programmes that support education, professional development and access to employment opportunities.
With this new contribution, we continue a partnership with Fundación Prevent that dates back to 2018.
Prevent Ceremony 2026: recognising talent and creating new opportunities
To mark the International Day of Persons with Disabilities on 3 December, Fundación Prevent will hold its annual ceremony in Madrid. The event will bring together programme beneficiaries, families, businesses and institutions committed to disability inclusion in the workplace.
The ceremony is one of Fundación Prevent’s flagship events, recognising the academic and professional achievements of young students, university students, entrepreneurs with disabilities and researchers working to improve occupational health and safety.
Beyond awarding scholarships, the event aims to raise awareness of the barriers that many people with disabilities continue to face when accessing education and employment, while highlighting their skills, capabilities and projects.
The impact of this initiative is reflected in the results of previous editions. In 2025, Fundación Prevent awarded more than €250,000 in scholarships to help prevent early school leaving, improve access to higher education and support the development of entrepreneurial projects.
Through programmes such as Becas Lazos, Becas Nova and Aprende y Emprende, the Foundation combines financial assistance with training and professional mentoring, providing beneficiaries with the resources they need to advance their education and careers.
A long-standing partnership with Fundación Prevent since 2018
In 2018, LEIALTA signed a collaboration agreement with Fundación Prevent to participate in its Aula de Emprendedores and Alumni programmes, initiatives designed to support people with disabilities in developing and professionalising their entrepreneurial projects.
As part of this agreement, our team of business and corporate law consultants shared their expertise with programme participants, providing professional advice to assess the feasibility of their business ideas and support the establishment of their companies.
This partnership reflects an approach to corporate social responsibility that remains central to our work today: contributing knowledge, resources and professional expertise to help develop projects that create meaningful opportunities.
As Javier Martínez, founding partner and director of LEIALTA, explains, “Our relationship with Fundación Prevent began by sharing our expertise to help people with disabilities develop their own business projects. We continue working together today because we believe in the importance of joining forces to turn education, talent and entrepreneurship into real professional opportunities”.
By supporting the Prevent Ceremony, we aim to continue contributing to the work of an organisation that shares our vision of inclusive employment, based on people’s capabilities, independence and professional development.
Inclusive employment as part of our everyday work
At LEIALTA, we believe that businesses play an important role in building a more inclusive labour market, both through their own recruitment policies and by collaborating with specialised organisations.
This vision is closely connected to our work in business advisory and social consultancy services.
Through our Social Consultancy department, we support companies and organisations in establishing, managing and developing Spain’s Special Employment Centres (Centros Especiales de Empleo, CEE) and Social Initiative Special Employment Centres (Centros Especiales de Empleo de Iniciativa Social, CEEIS), helping to promote business models that combine economic activity with the employment inclusion of people with disabilities.
Our experience has shown us the importance of creating sustainable employment opportunities and establishing the structures and resources needed to maintain them over time.
For this reason, our collaboration with Fundación Prevent goes beyond sponsoring a single event. It represents our continued commitment to initiatives that improve access to education, encourage entrepreneurship and recognise the talent of people with disabilities.
We would like to thank Fundación Prevent and its entire team for their work throughout the year and for giving us the opportunity to continue supporting an initiative that demonstrates the value of collaboration between businesses and social organisations.
